Where are In Good Hands farms located?
Our 300+ family-owned, generational dairy farms are located throughout the great state of California. In Good Hands is a brand of California Dairies Inc (CDI). You can read more about some of our CDI farmers here

How should I store In Good Hands Protein Puffs?
If you don’t end up eating the whole bag at once (wink), just seal the bag tightly and keep in a cool, dry place like a pantry or snack shelf.

Where do you ship?
In Good Hands ships for free from California to anywhere!
How long will it take to receive my order?
In Good Hands free shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days from the time the order is processed until it arrives at your door!
I never received my order…help!
Contact Customer Service at orders@ingoodhandsfoods.com and we’ll get it sorted out.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be unopened in its original packaging.
Start your return, by contacting us at orders@ingoodhandsfoods.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@ingoodhandsfoods.com.
